Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with users to define requirements for new Layer 1 test framework work.
  • Implement, verify, and maintain test framework features.
  • Design solutions that improve toolchain efficiency, maintainability, and usability.
  • Troubleshoot framework and development-environment issues for software developers worldwide.
  • Assist with exploratory and customized testing projects.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled full time in an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a four-year college or university during the co-op.
  • Have Python programming skills; familiarity with C is a plus.
  • Understand product verification concepts including requirements, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience with configuration and delivery tools such as Git, Gerrit, or Jenkins.
  • Be comfortable working in a Linux development environment.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong English communication skills.
  • A minimum GPA of 2.7 or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of real-time embedded systems, multi-core architectures, or 3GPP/O-RAN wireless standards is an asset.
