Responsibilities

  • Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software solutions across applications and systems.
  • Develop and deploy AI-driven applications using generative models.
  • Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert with influencing and advisory responsibilities.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including experience in generative AI.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI is required.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Experience developing and deploying AI-driven applications focused on generative models.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of application architecture implementation and testing, Responsible AI, and AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices and agile methodologies.
  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
