Customer Solutions Architect in USA

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure equipment in the Cypress Waters lab to mirror customer configurations.
  • Develop and execute automation test plans validating product features, functionality, and performance.
  • Identify issues, open tickets, and collaborate with R&D to resolve defects.
  • Communicate testing progress and findings to stakeholders.
  • Present lab-based solutions and product capabilities to customers.
  • Manage project execution independently onsite at the Cypress Waters lab.
  • Document test results and findings and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and learn new technologies and processes.

Salary: $124k - $231k/yr
