Responsibilities

Translate cybersecurity challenges into agentic AI requirements, use cases, and scalable solution architectures.
Define agent roles, tools, memory strategies, orchestration patterns, communication protocols, reference architectures, and coding standards.
Architect RAG pipelines and implement security guardrails, runtime enforcement, permission boundaries, sandboxing, human-in-the-loop controls, and kill switches.
Design and execute agent-specific testing, safety validation, adversarial scenarios, policy compliance checks, and deployment sign-off benchmarks.
Deploy and operate agentic AI systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP with logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting, rollback triggers, and lifecycle controls.
Integrate agents with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, identity, and ticketing platforms through governed APIs.
Provide Level 3 support for agentic incidents and conduct structured post-incident reviews.
Establish governance standards and collaborate with privacy, legal, compliance, and quality assurance teams on auditability, explainability, and regulatory obligations.
Maintain architecture documentation, threat models, tool manifests, red-team reports, runbooks, model cards, and reusable agent patterns.
Mentor engineers and security operations personnel and evaluate emerging agentic frameworks with vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

10+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including significant architecture, technical leadership, or senior advisory experience.
At least 2 years of AI/ML or LLM application development experience and demonstrated delivery of AI use cases from design through production deployment.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, EDR, network security, threat intelligence, or identity platforms.
Proficiency in Python for ML model development, LLM orchestration, and API integration; strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Understanding of LLM-specific threats including prompt injection, hallucination, jailbreaks, data poisoning, and model misuse.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and the MITRE ATLAS adversarial AI threat framework.
Experience operating CI/CD pipelines for ML/LLM systems with automated testing and deployment gates.
Strong understanding of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP and proficiency in system integration patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Preferred qualifications include AI security reviews, adversarial red-teaming, AI governance in regulated industries, agentic AI frameworks, AI regulatory expectations, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ML architectures.
Project management exposure or Agile/Scrum experience within cross-functional AI delivery teams is preferred.
