Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software solutions.
  • Write and optimize code, automate software validation, create test cases, fix defects, and improve system performance.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and support software quality, availability, and customer experience.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with project teams, functional analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, on-time delivery, MIS reporting, and customer query resolution.
  • Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and software development skills.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience.
  • Mandatory Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, design software, code, test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain software systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams and provide clear status reporting.
  • Ability to support software validation, quality assurance, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution.
