Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customized web applications tailored to client and business needs.
Build responsive frontends and robust, scalable backend services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to translate functional and technical requirements into solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and healthcare-industry compliance.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and maintain existing applications.
Support deployment, release management, and post-production maintenance.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks, including Gen AI processes.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience designing and building customized web applications.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.
Experience using version-control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.
Understanding of web security best practices, automated testing, application security, penetration testing, or VAPT.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, client-facing, independent-working, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred experience includes enterprise or client-facing solutions for the US life sciences industry, DevOps and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes, performance optimization, scalability planning, and consulting or client delivery in US healthcare consulting.
