Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
  • Build solutions with attention to security, performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Write and integrate automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
  • Coordinate with other engineering teams and collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers.
  • Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear engineering plans and deliverable tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with React and TypeScript and proficiency in modern web application development.
  • Experience writing REST APIs and services and integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, readable, properly tested code.
  • Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is desirable.
  • Knowledge of banking or finance, AWS or other cloud providers, Golang or Python, UX/UI principles, Figma, UI frameworks, visual design, SQL or NoSQL databases, client/server architectures, networking, microservices, or Kubernetes is desirable.
