Responsibilities

Lead adoption of GenAI-powered automation, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted testing across the Quality Engineering lifecycle.
Design and implement AI agents for test case generation, automation development, defect analysis, self-healing frameworks, and legacy automation modernization.
Architect enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and automation technologies.
Define Quality Engineering roadmaps, governance strategies, responsible AI practices, and value realization metrics.
Mentor engineering and QA teams and foster an AI-first culture.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and lead proof-of-concepts and AI transformation programs.

Requirements

16+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Test Automation, and enterprise-scale quality transformation programs.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI-powered test automation, intelligent test design, defect prediction, and root cause analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, Playwright, API automation, and scalable reusable test automation frameworks.
Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience defining Quality Engineering strategies, automation roadmaps, and governance frameworks while leading globally distributed engineering teams.
Preferred experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, AI Skills, multi-agent architectures, autonomous workflows, AI-assisted software development and testing, AI governance, security, compliance, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, and enterprise AI integration.
