Growth Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboard features that help customers discover and trial products in context, including trial credits, proof points, and in-product case studies.
  • Build and improve self-service onboarding so smaller businesses can sign up, realize value, and convert without sales assistance.
  • Own engineering for the Middesk.com rebuild, including site structure, performance, content, hosted demo environments, and testing infrastructure.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to analyze the funnel and prioritize engineering work.
  • Apply Middesk’s internal agents to account and contact enrichment, content research, topic curation, and funnel analysis.
  • Instrument shipped features, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production web applications with strong full-stack fundamentals.
  • Strong frontend skills and attention to user-facing quality.
  • Experience with Rails and React.
  • Comfort with SQL, analytics, and defining and defending metrics.
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes from implementation through measurement and iteration.
  • Strong communication skills with Marketing, Sales, and other non-engineering partners.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, frequently changing environments.
  • Startup experience and a hands-on AI tooling workflow.
  • Preferred: growth engineering, product-led growth, experimentation, A/B testing frameworks, or funnel analytics experience.
  • Preferred: SEO, AI search/AEO, or marketing-site acquisition experience.
  • Preferred: fintech, compliance, or identity experience where data accuracy matters.
  • Preferred: former founder or early-stage startup engineering experience.

Salary: $150k - $230k/yr
