Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain authentication and access management solutions using Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Configure, integrate, and support Identity Governance and Administration platforms, including identity lifecycle workflows, access requests, provisioning, and access reviews.
Support the implementation and administration of Privileged Access Management solutions and controls.
Develop scripts and REST API integrations to automate IAM processes and workflows.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, operating procedures, and runbooks.
Collaborate with client project teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams to implement identity security controls.
Monitor IAM metrics, prepare reports, and support service, incident, and change management activities.
Contribute technical expertise to client engagements and internal IAM projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM, identity security, or a closely related technical area.
Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, authentication, authorization, and application integration.
Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, plus experience with IGA and identity lifecycle processes.
Exposure to PAM solutions and privileged access controls.
Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and/or JavaScript, along with REST API experience.
Understanding of cloud identity and security concepts, ideally with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and/or Google Cloud.
Strong Greek and English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include enterprise or financial-services IAM delivery experience, familiarity with ServiceNow or Dynamics 365, identity integrations with Kubernetes or DevSecOps environments, AI-assisted automation experience, and relevant IAM, cloud, or security certifications such as Microsoft SC-300.
