Responsibilities

Build infrastructure, simulation solutions, and integrations for agent development.
Manage Infrastructure-as-Code for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
Create capabilities supporting multiple customers and heavy training and validation workloads.
Build applications that productize and democratize scalable machine learning.
Collaborate with customers, product designers, researchers, and engineering teams to develop software products and applications.
Work directly with customers to deploy software in fielded environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience working with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript.
Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
Ability to understand complex systems and established codebases quickly.
Preferred: experience creating and running ML infrastructure for post-training, including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
Preferred: expertise in virtualization and containerization technologies.
Preferred: experience designing, developing, and deploying SITL and HITL simulation infrastructure for complex systems.
