Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and bring technical visions to life through collaboration and negotiation.
  • Lead software consulting and delivery across the full lifecycle from ideation through production evolution.
  • Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
  • Write clean, reusable code and advocate for continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and high-quality engineering practices.
  • Collaborate on features, design concepts, interactive prototypes, and UX implementation.
  • Guide, coach, mentor, and support software development teams while continuing to code alongside developers.

Requirements

  • Be well-versed in two or more languages or technologies, including Java and React or Angular.
  • Have experience leading software development teams and applying delivery approaches such as test-driven development, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
  • Have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Be able to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, translate business needs into software requirements, and execute a technical vision focused on business value.
  • Demonstrate mentoring ability, resilience in ambiguity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
