Modernize legacy .NET frameworks, shift traffic safely, and roll out software updates at scale.
Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI into reporting products and the software development lifecycle.
Lead incident response, participate in the team on-call roster, and establish robust testing and continuous deployment strategies.
Coach senior engineers, improve multi-quarter project planning, and foster an inclusive engineering culture.
Facilitate technical discovery, align stakeholders, and drive cross-functional technical initiatives.
Requirements
Experience operating high-volume, high-transaction systems, such as in fintech, banking, major SaaS, or medtech.
Full-stack development experience or strong familiarity, particularly with .NET/C#, React, and SQL.
Experience with legacy modernization is prioritized.
Demonstrated technical maturity, end-to-end ownership, strong communication, and a builder mindset.
Ability to facilitate technical discovery, break down operational silos, and align stakeholders across multi-quarter initiatives.
