Lead Engineer - Front End (React) in Others new

Responsibilities

  • Design and build modern customer-facing web experiences with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Set the architecture for a multi-site customer experience platform.
  • Lead one of two engineering pods and guide delivery through influence.
  • Migrate live, high-traffic websites using careful, low-risk approaches.
  • Make performance and accessibility foundational, including Core Web Vitals and WCAG practices.
  • Coach engineers and help teams develop skills in React and AI.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver customer experience improvements.
  • Explore AI-powered and agentic solutions for customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Deep architecture-level experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Experience designing high-performance, content-rich multi-site platforms.
  • Experience migrating live, high-traffic websites without disruption.
  • Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals and WCAG.
  • Experience coaching engineers and leading through influence.
  • Experience in e-commerce, media, agency, or other high-traffic web environments is valued.
