Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Architect reusable UI components and contribute to design systems for scalable, maintainable products.
  • Apply UI/UX, accessibility, WCAG, ARIA, and performance optimization practices.
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and robust UI solutions.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered capabilities into user interfaces while following responsible AI, security, privacy, and accessibility principles.
  • Contribute to planning, estimation, risk management, and predictable delivery in Agile or Scrum environments.

Requirements

  • Substantial hands-on experience building enterprise UI solutions with React.js and modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
  • Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS or LESS.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessible design using WCAG and ARIA.
  • Experience with Redux or Context API for state management in complex applications.
  • Experience with Jest and React Testing Library or comparable automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience integrating interfaces with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
  • Experience with Webpack, Babel, Git, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience applying AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Ability to contribute effectively in Agile or Scrum environments, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
