Lead Software Engineer - Digital Assets in Others

Responsibilities

  • Build and contribute to database engineering initiatives for the Digital Asset Management platform and crypto products.
  • Develop data ingestion pipelines, self-service data acquisition frameworks, and data quality processes.
  • Deliver and release platform components on AWS Cloud.
  • Enforce database engineering practices and provide technical expertise and direction to team members globally.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, delivery, and Asset Management Technology teams across Boston, Ireland, and India.
  • Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, code reviews, and branching practices.
  • Help manage team priorities, promote engineering excellence, and contribute to product roadmaps and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • BE or MCA degree.
  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with engineering and green-field projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including EC2, Lambda, EMR, S3, and Spark.
  • Good programming skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, plus Python and scripting.
  • Experience with database testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Knowledge of ETL, Unix and shell scripting, and job scheduling technologies such as Autosys or Crontab is preferred.
  • Hands-on Blockchain experience and AWS certification are preferred.
