Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, standards, processes, and best practices.
Define test strategies, plans, execution approaches, and coverage objectives.
Oversee test execution and communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality gaps.
Identify defects and problem areas, recommend corrective actions, and drive resolution.
Develop automation for mobile iOS and Android applications, APIs, and user interfaces.
Integrate automated testing into continuous delivery pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery.
Evaluate testing tools and techniques and provide guidance on test planning, automation, and execution.
Ensure the integrity and quality of testing and acceptance activities.

Requirements

Three to 10 years of QA automation experience.
Native Thai language ability and conversational English.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience developing test automation frameworks with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
Programming experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.
Hands-on experience with UI, API, and mobile test automation.
Experience implementing automated testing in continuous delivery pipelines.
Experience with Agile environments, cross-functional teams, test management, and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include non-functional and performance testing, JMeter, Espresso, XCUITest, XML, JSON, mock services, service virtualization, MongoDB, and Java or other object-oriented languages.
