Responsibilities

  • Serve as a quality assurance subject matter expert and champion for accessibility and inclusion.
  • Evaluate new feature designs and demonstrations to identify accessibility issues.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, suites, regression tests, and test scripts.
  • Partner with development teams to build accessibility tools and testing frameworks.
  • Use software internals and log files to debug problems and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with user research and other teams to identify customer pain points and recommend accessible product improvements.
  • Scale accessibility processes, tooling, and features across teams and domains.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Experience with automation testing and manual testing.
  • Experience with UI and API automation testing using Selenium or SOAPUI.
  • Preferred experience with API and mobile testing.
  • Preferred experience designing test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets for adequate coverage and control.
