Responsibilities

  • Design and build Salesforce infrastructure for deal registration, channel-conflict detection, partner attribution, co-sell, and partner account hierarchy.
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, services, selectors, batch and queueable processes, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
  • Build and own Salesforce integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, PRM tools, middleware, and other partner-ecosystem systems.
  • Configure partner-facing portals with appropriate sharing, visibility, and license-model design.
  • Use Claude and internal AI development tooling in the coding and code-review workflow.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations on data models supporting partner performance reporting.
  • Partner with DevOps on sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and SFDX/metadata-based deployment.
  • Maintain controls, test coverage, documentation, and scalable solutions in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on production Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
  • Experience building or maintaining Salesforce partner or channel functionality such as deal registration, partner portals, attribution models, or co-sell opportunity management.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms through REST or Bulk APIs, middleware such as Workato or MuleSoft, or direct callouts.
  • Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-production release processes with peer review.
  • Active experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, including steering and verifying their output.
  • Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse.
  • Effective communication with sales, partnerships, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications, Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification, deep knowledge of Salesforce platform constraints, cloud-marketplace integration experience, Workspan familiarity, and experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth go-to-market environment.
