Senior Fullstack Engineer (Android/Backend) in Remote

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Android systems supporting Tabby’s core products.
  • Develop features using Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, MVI or MVVM architecture, dependency injection, and related Android technologies.
  • Collaborate with a remote engineering team across more than 20 countries.
  • Identify problems, defend technical positions, and propose engineering improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Coroutines.
  • Understanding of MVVM or MVI architecture and strong experience with Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with Dagger, Yatagan, or manual dependency injection.
  • Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, collection types, and garbage collection operation.
  • Strong English communication skills and a practical, execution-oriented mindset.
