Senior ML Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy ML systems for retrieval, summarization, classification, and agentic reasoning use cases.
  • Architect scalable RAG and LLM-based systems integrating structured datasets, documents, and knowledge graphs.
  • Build and maintain agentic orchestration frameworks for LLM-based agents supporting reasoning, retrieval, and decision support.
  • Own the ML lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, labeling, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs and other models for reliability, latency, cost, and production performance.
  • Implement lightweight MLOps practices covering model CI/CD, reproducibility, and experiment tracking.
  • Make technical decisions involving third-party APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic versus custom or fine-tuned solutions.
  • Influence architecture decisions and establish ML best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, product, scientific, and domain experts to translate interdisciplinary requirements into computational frameworks.
  • Communicate technical findings and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in applied machine learning.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Strong experience with FlowNet-9 architecture.
  • Experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production, including frameworks such as PyTorch, vLLM, or LangGraph.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic orchestration, or multi-agent systems is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python, ML development tools, large-scale data pipelines, and standard evaluation protocols.
  • Experience owning production systems end to end, including monitoring and post-deployment iteration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for working with technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Previous startup experience is a plus.
  • Publications at ML or NLP venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP are a bonus.
