Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software functionality, performance, quality, and compliance.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and load-injection tools.
  • Perform end-to-end performance testing, including non-functional requirements gathering, script preparation, execution, and analysis.
  • Conduct application and database resilience testing, operational acceptance testing, accessibility testing, alerting, and monitoring.
  • Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on resolution.
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, design discussions, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and technical communities.
  • Support infrastructure and deployment pipeline evolution, cloud troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
  • Communicate complex technical information and advise stakeholders while managing risks and controls.

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end performance testing, including non-functional requirements gathering, script preparation, execution, and analysis.
  • Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad load-injection tools.
  • Experience with AppDynamics or Dynatrace monitoring tools.
  • Experience with application and database resilience, operational acceptance testing, alerting and monitoring, and accessibility testing.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building distributed machine learning systems is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift and AWS cloud technologies is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, tooling, and automation, including Chef and Jenkins, is highly valued.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development is highly valued.
  • Experience with Rally, JIRA, Confluence, or Stash is highly valued.
