Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery through requirements, design, task definition, implementation, and deployment using spec-driven agentic workflows.
Build and contribute to the Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent accelerator platforms.
Design and implement Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and RAG retrieval pipelines for enterprise customers.
Build MCP connectors integrating requirements, GitLab, and enterprise tools into the AI-native pipeline.
Implement verification, validation, traceability, and compliance gates in regulated software pipelines.
Ingest regulatory and compliance documents into knowledge bases and RAG systems.
Build linting, type-checking, and security-scanning hooks into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead agile delivery, manage distributed teams, report to stakeholders, and mentor engineers at Lead level.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC.
At least 1 year of production, end-to-end AI SDLC experience.
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
Hands-on AWS experience with Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, Agents, Lambda, and EKS.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.
Familiarity with MCP connector development.
Production experience with at least two of Amazon Kiro, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Google Gemini.
Client-facing consulting experience in regulated industries is preferred.
Exposure to verification and validation, traceability, compliance requirements, regulatory document ingestion, steering files, and specification documents is valued.
