Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable, high-performance systems and services.
  • Lead feature development from concept through deployment while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and technical strategy.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning and code quality.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and drive best-practice adoption.
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve technical challenges in production and development environments.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in one or more modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with microservices, Docker or Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver production-grade software and improve team effectiveness.
