Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology projects.
Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and guide less experienced staff.
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Own modules or features from design through production.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Services and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, peers, colleagues, and managers.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture, customization, and extensibility.
Expertise with Microsoft Dataverse data modeling, relationships, business rules, calculated and rollup fields, and security models.
Advanced development experience with Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, PCF controls, JavaScript, and TypeScript web resources.
Experience with Model Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Services integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and OAuth authentication.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Python AI/ML libraries.
PL-400 or PL-600 certification preferred.
