Senior Software Engineer, Frontend in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build new features and products with engineers across the company.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support to understand customer needs.
  • Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
  • Own problems end-to-end, including user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
  • Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.
  • Lead or contribute to multifunctional projects and help shape long-term technical vision.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
  • Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.
  • Experience developing client-facing software products.
  • Ability to uphold high engineering standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: experience with React Native for mobile, design tools, and collaboration with product, design, and operations specialists.

Benefits

  • Hybrid San Francisco work arrangement requiring at least three coordinated office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.

Salary: $192k - $240k/yr
