Responsibilities

Build Supio’s core full-stack application used by customers in legal workflows.
Develop agentic platform capabilities for voice calling and transcription, medical and financial records extraction, and legal document drafting.
Build the agent runtime, including prompt and tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost and performance optimization.
Ship production features and the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring needed for accuracy and observability at scale.
Shape the platform’s architecture and technical direction with end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Demonstrated full-stack depth across React and TypeScript frontends, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
Strong product sense and experience building customer-facing products from user needs.
Fluency with coding agents in daily development work.
Experience operating with autonomy at startup pace and in ambiguous environments.
Ability to meet in-office or hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco.
Preferred: hands-on experience building and shipping applied AI/LLM systems and prior experience at AI-native companies.
Formal ML background is optional.

Benefits

Competitive base salary of $200,000–$255,000 annually.
