Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly team goals while leading engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation, technical constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
Identify and resolve project, process, technology, and business issues.
Operate and support team artifacts through metrics, escalation, availability work, and required on-call rotation.
Set and improve code review and design standards and promote quality and ownership through writing and tech talks.
Develop team talent through feedback, guidance, and leading by example.

Requirements

4+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile applications, preferably with React Native.
Experience shipping web applications using React or Vue.
Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems with proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components with simple, extensible designs.
Ability to make significant changes safely in large codebases and develop supporting tools and practices.
Demonstrated ownership of professional growth and proactive feedback-seeking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.
