Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the iOS ads SDK, demand-partner and header-bidding integrations, mediation, ad formats, and placements.
Improve revenue while protecting startup time, scroll performance, privacy, and member experience.
Own iOS privacy and consent flows involving ATT, IDFA, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, and TCF/GPP across regions and user settings.
Detect and resolve bad creatives, rendering problems, fill issues, and latency issues with ad operations and partners.
Instrument ad requests, impressions, clicks, and revenue signals and run experiments involving floors, refresh, placements, and partner mix.
Use Claude Code and other AI-native agentic workflows to generate specifications, Swift code, tests, reviews, and documentation.
Collaborate with product, ad operations, data science, and third-party SDK partner engineering teams.
Contribute to architecture, code reviews, technical standards, mentoring, on-call rotation, and incident response.

Requirements

6+ years of iOS engineering experience shipping production consumer-scale applications.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, Swift Concurrency, and Combine.
Experience with MVVM, coordinators, dependency injection, modularization with SPM or CocoaPods, and large multi-team codebases.
Experience integrating and debugging third-party SDKs, including closed-source binaries, version upgrades, app size, and performance effects.
Experience with iOS performance, memory, and crash diagnostics using Instruments, MetricKit, Crashlytics, or equivalent.
Experience with iOS CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Buildkite, or GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context-window management, and MCP/function calling.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include ad-tech experience with OpenRTB, Prebid Mobile, Google Mobile Ads/GAM, AdMob, AppLovin MAX, or ironSource/Unity LevelPlay; iOS privacy and attribution experience; SDK or framework development; WKWebView or MRAID experience; experimentation-platform experience; and Android/Kotlin experience or willingness to contribute cross-platform.
Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate technical tradeoffs, take ownership, learn quickly, and help teammates adopt AI workflows.
