Responsibilities

Design and write Android software using RxJava and/or Kotlin.
Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to build features.
Participate in code and design reviews and maintain high development standards.
Identify and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for ambiguous business, legal, and product needs.
Own projects end to end, including implementation, instrumentation, deployment, and operational monitoring.
Build highly performant and reusable Android components for operational excellence programs.
Participate in interview loops and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years specializing in Android.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, system internals, CI/CD pipelines, and app observability tools such as crash analytics and remote debugging.
Experience managing end-to-end features for large-scale applications.
Analytical, critical-thinking, design, accountability, and clear English communication skills.
Familiarity with applying Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
