Responsibilities

  • Lead simple projects independently and contribute to medium-complexity projects.
  • Develop and deliver complete, high-quality products and features on schedule.
  • Build maintainable, robust, and testable production-grade code.
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and advise on test coverage.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
  • Identify delivery risks, implementation gaps, and technical barriers and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support systems after launch, refactor code, and explore new technologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience developing in Java and delivering end-to-end solutions from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and frameworks such as Spring Framework, J2EE, or Reactor.
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
  • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and working with microservice architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript; ReactJS and Redux are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Express.
  • Proficiency with MySQL and MongoDB, plus experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • Strong testing background, including JUnit, integration testing, and performance testing.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across teams.
  • Knowledge of scalability, performance engineering, and application security best practices is a plus.
  • Commitment to clean, testable, maintainable code and supporting production systems.
