Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-sized full-stack projects from technical design through delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across ideation, requirements gathering, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Build authentication and authorization capabilities for MongoDB Atlas across platform and user-facing products.
  • Ship production code and progressively lead technical design, execution, and delivery of team projects.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience building full-stack web applications.
  • Proficiency in a modern compiled programming language such as Java, Go, C#, or C++.
  • Willingness to learn JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies such as React and Redux; prior experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and intellectually honest working style.
