Responsibilities

  • Design foundational aspects of Persona’s identity platform.
  • Build and ship product features, potentially starting in the first week.
  • Work directly with customers to understand pain points and deliver solutions.
  • Handle large-scale customer data workloads.
  • Collaborate with product, design, post-sales, and sales teams.
  • Work with a mentor and team to incorporate project learnings into future engineering work.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related discipline with a strong computer science background.
  • Previous programming experience is required.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development and prior experience with data modeling and schema design.
  • Ability to execute projects independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to discuss positive and negative feedback on large projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
