Responsibilities

  • Design foundational aspects of Persona’s identity platform.
  • Build, ship, and own product features that address customer pain points.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver projects to real users.
  • Handle large-scale customer data workloads.
  • Collaborate with product, design, post-sales, and sales teams.
  • Work with a mentor and team members to incorporate learnings into future projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related discipline with a strong computer science background.
  • Previous programming experience is required.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development and experience with data modeling and schema design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, execute projects, meet deadlines, and discuss feedback on large projects.
  • Willingness to work in person in San Francisco Tuesday through Thursday, with a work-from-home option Monday and Friday.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
