Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile development activities including stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Program Increment Planning.
  • Analyze complex system requirements and design efficient software solutions.
  • Develop, document, tune, and deploy automation scripts across development, test, and production environments.
  • Build reliable, fault-tolerant, reusable, and maintainable software throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Create shared functions and promote code reuse and collaboration among developers and testers.
  • Manage and control software processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • In-depth professional experience with Java and frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Data, JEE, Jackson, Jersey, Swing, and JavaFX.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, C, C++, Groovy, and SQL.
  • Experience with Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Rhapsody, and WebStorm.
  • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server databases.
  • Proficiency in web UI development using Spring Framework, AngularJS, JSON, HTML, XML, and XSLT.
  • Experience with source control and configuration management tools, web services, and Windows and/or Linux development.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic systems, symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, ASN.1, XML canonicalization, and digital signatures.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, JEE technologies, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, testing frameworks, build tools, and secure systems engineering.
  • Preferred experience includes Agile development, TDD, ATDD, BDD, Scrum, SAFe, requirements management, and SAFe Agilist Certification.
  • A TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

  • Salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and market alignment.
  • Exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
