Responsibilities

Build software across customer-facing applications, developer experiences, APIs, and platform systems.
Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and develop practical solutions.
Own problems end to end, from shaping product decisions through implementation.
Build polished, reliable software that simplifies complex financial infrastructure.
Help influence Column’s product direction, customer experience, and technical direction.

Requirements

Strong software engineering ability suitable for working across the stack.
Ability to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into software solutions.
Ability to take ownership of problems from idea through implementation.
Willingness to work from Column’s San Francisco office and travel throughout the United States more than 50% of the time, including onsite assignments of 2–4 weeks.

Annual US base salary of $130,000–$250,000 plus equity.
