Responsibilities

Expand the test case library and create verification and validation cases for web, mobile, API, and system integrations.
Perform manual acceptance testing, investigate issues, and report bugs and defects.
Develop, maintain, and improve reliable, reusable, and deterministic automated test scripts.
Create test plans and testing strategies that provide coverage for application changes and software releases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to promote quality throughout the software lifecycle.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipeline stages and help ensure high-quality software releases.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of quality assurance experience in an Agile engineering environment.
5 to 7 years of experience testing web and mobile applications in a SaaS organization.
Experience writing functional and non-functional test cases and managing a test case library.
Strong scripting or programming experience for automating web, mobile, and API testing scenarios.
Deep understanding of UI test automation practices and scalable, reliable automation patterns.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, iOS, Android, and API response or payload validation.
Experience using API development or automation tools such as Postman.
Ability to understand relational database data and query databases.
Understanding of testing types, test suite design, release testing strategies, Agile testing practices, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps.

Salary: $115k - $140k/yr
