Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade Identity Management Products.
Design and implement core product functionality and key technical initiatives.
Develop workflows and application integrations with IAM, Product Management, and Business teams.
Collaborate across teams to deliver projects from inception through production.
Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices.
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and development.
Expert-level knowledge of Enterprise Java, object-oriented programming, object-oriented analysis, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and Spring.
Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect identity and access management protocols.
Experience developing enterprise-grade security or networking products.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain.
Preferred: experience leveraging AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Preferred: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container infrastructure.
Preferred: experience with Java reactive programming.
