Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to perform complex software testing and quality activities.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, define acceptance criteria, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex information.
  • Ability to manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to policies and procedures.
  • For people leadership responsibilities, ability to set objectives, coach employees, and appraise performance; individual contributors must be able to lead collaborative assignments and guide team members.
