Responsibilities

Define the technical strategy and architect complex subsystems for the Consumer Wealth domain.
Design and build scalable, high-quality backend systems supporting savings and investment features.
Simplify and maintain complex financial engineering systems and cloud environments.
Build cross-organizational relationships, drive technical alignment, and represent the technical vision.
Track emerging technology trends in fintech and wealth management and generate intellectual property.
Develop technical leaders and champion high-quality engineering and continuous improvement.
Contribute to Consumer Wealth backend infrastructure using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Requirements

At least seven years of backend software engineering experience in product-based companies.
Proven experience architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and complex cloud environments.
Deep experience with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms; AWS experience is a plus.
Interest in financial products and wealth management systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, build trust, and establish cross-organizational relationships.
Proven ability to lead technical vision, generate intellectual property, and capitalize on emerging technology trends.
Passion for fintech or startup environments and fluency in English.
