Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-powered applications, agents, and intelligent automations.
  • Apply Model Context Protocol and related standards to connect LLMs and AI agents securely to enterprise systems and data.
  • Use n8n or similar workflow-orchestration tools to combine LLM reasoning with deterministic business logic.
  • Lead AI-enablement opportunities across SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Global Identity and Access Management platforms.
  • Define technical approaches and architectures, evaluate build-versus-buy options and model choices, and lead solution-architecture discussions.
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, explainable, compliant, and aligned with responsible-AI practices.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for AI initiatives and translate business and IT needs into practical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers on AI engineering, prompt design, and workflow orchestration.
  • Stay current with AI models, frameworks, and agent protocols and champion responsible adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or agents.
  • Approximately 10–13 years of overall software or solution development experience.
  • Practical understanding of Model Context Protocol and securely exposing enterprise tools and data to AI agents and LLM-based assistants.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and understanding of core HR processes and AI-enabled HR use cases.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and its workflow and automation capabilities across ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • Familiarity with Global Identity and Access Management concepts and applying AI within IAM processes.
  • Understanding of API integration, OAuth2, SSO, authentication, authorization, and secure AI-solution design.
  • Experience defining technical strategy, evaluating tools and models, and leading solution-architecture discussions.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with senior technical and business audiences.
  • Track record delivering software or automation projects across the full lifecycle, including mentoring junior team members.
