Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and quality standards.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or equivalent technologies.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and help reduce overall delivery lead time through automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design discussions, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and defect resolution.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot issues while providing detailed information to support resolution.
  • Lead complex testing assignments or a testing team, set objectives, coach employees where applicable, and guide team members.
  • Contribute to test DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, risk management, controls, policies, and technology communities.

Requirements

  • Experience developing test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or equivalent technology.
  • Good knowledge of working with cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on AI adoption capability.
  • Strong experience with agile test processes, test management, test planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ability to investigate detailed technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify resolutions.
  • Experience implementing test DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is highly valued.
  • Banking domain knowledge is highly valued.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders, manage risk and controls, and contribute to change and transformation initiatives.
