Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and data science to innovation in wealth management.
  • Develop and validate AI and machine learning models for client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work on natural language processing, predictive analytics, and personalization use cases.
  • Analyze financial datasets, visualize and interpret model outputs, and improve model performance, accuracy, and fairness.
  • Participate in deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations of machine learning solutions.
  • Build and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable analytics pipelines using modern data infrastructure.
  • Support model risk management through documentation, assumption testing, transparency, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Monitor emerging AI and ML trends and promote responsible analytics and AI practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with above-average grades in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Graduation must have occurred no more than 12 months before the programme.
  • Initial financial-industry experience and knowledge of banking products and financial markets are assets.
  • Passion for wealth management, strong learning motivation, global mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
