Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate scalable AI data systems and core platform services for enterprise GenAI and agentic AI capabilities.
Develop and orchestrate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for manufacturing operations.
Provision and maintain cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code environments.
Enable manufacturing workflow automation through AI agents and agent skills.
Apply AI-assisted coding tools while reviewing, validating, and improving generated code.
Translate complex user workflows into practical technical solutions and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience designing and building scalable data platforms and distributed systems.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; proficiency in Java or Scala is preferred.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow for scalable AI data pipeline orchestration.
Experience building batch and streaming pipelines using Spark, PySpark, Kafka, Airflow, and Ray.
Proficiency with Pandas and modern data lake or lakehouse architectures such as Iceberg and Delta Lake.
Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding generation, vector databases, and AI data preparation for LLMs and agentic AI.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Experience or strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, or RAG workflows is preferred.
Experience integrating LLMs into existing systems and designing APIs is preferred.
Experience with manufacturing, operational, IoT, or industrial data platforms is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentoring abilities.
