Responsibilities

Test Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing, agent workflows, IVR journeys, self-service experiences, and digital channels.
Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and basic AWS service testing.
Test Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, including CTI, screen pops, Voice Call records, and Omni-Channel functionality.
Create and execute test scenarios and cases, prepare test data, log and retest defects, and participate in defect triage.
Support SIT, UAT, release readiness, voice automation, API automation, CI/CD-based testing, and basic performance and load testing.

Requirements

1–2 years of QA/testing experience or at least 6 months of paid QA internship experience.
Strong foundation in software testing fundamentals and basic knowledge of test case creation, execution, defect management, and QA processes.
Hands-on exposure to API testing with Postman or similar tools and basic understanding of cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
Preferred experience includes Amazon Connect, IVR and telephony, Salesforce or Service Cloud, Jira, TestRail, QMetry, Zephyr, SQL, QA automation, scripting, and conversational AI testing.
