Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Coupang Pay product applications.
  • Participate in and lead system design discussions with senior and junior developers.
  • Lead engineers on mission-critical projects and rapidly solve complex business problems.
  • Mentor senior and junior developers and support their growth.
  • Apply strong programming expertise to develop innovative consumer mobile products.

Requirements

  • At least six years of Android coding and development experience using Java or Kotlin.
  • Experience developing high-quality, large-scale consumer applications.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
  • Experience in a B2C business domain.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Payment-domain experience is preferred.
  • Cross-platform mobile development experience with Flutter is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-changing environment is preferred.
  • Strong passion for implementing products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile software methodologies is preferred.
