Responsibilities

  • Build, release, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Design scalable mobile architecture and reusable component libraries using React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
  • Implement API integrations, authentication, state management, offline support, push notifications, and third-party integrations.
  • Optimize mobile application performance, security, automated testing, monitoring, and production debugging.
  • Lead complex features from technical design through production release.
  • Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and engineering leadership.
  • Use AI coding tools responsibly and support mobile-platform modernization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of software development experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on React Native experience.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience designing scalable mobile architecture and reusable component libraries.
  • Proven experience building, releasing, and maintaining iOS and Android applications.
  • Experience with mobile performance optimization, security, automated testing, monitoring, and production debugging.
  • Good understanding of Xcode, Android Studio, native build systems, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience leading complex features, conducting code reviews, defining engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Strong communication, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or native-module development.
  • Preferred: experience with Expo, Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics, analytics, feature flags, React Native New Architecture, Fabric, or TurboModules.
  • Preferred: experience integrating AI, LLM, voice, recommendation, or generative features into mobile applications.
