Senior Member of Technical Staff in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Build and own core product features that support thousands of AI agents operating in parallel.
  • Translate enterprise customer needs into reliable, scalable software and act as a bridge between engineering and customers.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems that can scale from hundreds to millions of users.
  • Ship end-to-end SaaS features and own them from idea through deployment.
  • Collaborate on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction.
  • Help define product engineering practices as an early team member.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with deeper architectural ownership and emphasis on system quality and maintainability.
  • Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment.
  • Ability to consider reliability, performance, and architecture in addition to feature delivery.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment.
  • Bonus experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL; interviews are language-agnostic.
