Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents and their supporting harnesses using Python.
Build reusable agent capabilities, tools, and integrations for engineering systems and internal knowledge.
Develop agentic workflows for coding, testing, code review, and other software development lifecycle activities.
Prototype, validate, and scale new AI capabilities and automation approaches.
Design context management, orchestration, verification, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms for reliable workflows.
Measure agent usage and value through data and feedback, and continuously improve the systems.
Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and data teams to understand workflows, drive adoption, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

Approximately eight years of experience designing and building complex backend software systems.
Strong software engineering skills and production experience with Python.
Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or platforms that enable others to use AI-powered capabilities.
Strong understanding of context management, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation or verification for agentic AI.
Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, MCPs, internal tools, codebases, and other engineering systems.
Experience taking technical ideas from experimentation or proof of concept into robust, scalable solutions.
Understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture for reliable AI-powered systems.
Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical solutions to measurable outcomes.
Strong experimentation, communication, and collaboration skills, including minimum C1 English proficiency.
