Responsibilities

Translate system and software requirements into designs compliant with architectural and open architecture constraints.
Implement robust C++ software for mission-critical, real-time embedded radar systems.
Develop test frameworks and perform unit- and system-level testing of C++ software.
Use and iteratively improve DevSecOps development practices.
Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture, implementations, and test plans.
Document software designs and interfaces.
Develop analysis tools.
Perform root-cause analysis of software defects and implement corrections.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in C++14, multithreading, memory management, performance optimization, and software engineering techniques.
Experience integrating software with larger systems and conducting unit- and system-level testing.
Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for the clearance.
Preferred qualifications include an active security clearance, signal processing or mathematical modeling experience, GPU software development, RDMA, C++17 or later, radar concepts, MATLAB algorithm translation, advanced education, automation frameworks, and defense-domain expertise.
